Movement Workshop II: 2 hours. This workshop option is currently available at farm locations that have a 60-75% return rate of crew that have previously participated in a Movement Workshop or Coaching Day with Labor-Movement. Workshop II will be a continuation of where the Movement Workshop left off with "picking things up and putting them down." We will refresh the principles of health and function, then spend the majority of time working on the skill of movement related to farm tasks. This is an opportunity to ask specific questions and practice movement mechanics as a group in a controlled setting.
