Remote training via Bridge Athletic:

Training programs:
4-9 week templates, vary at 2x-4x week sessions.
Programs are delivered as a "playlist" - if your schedule changes it is not disruptive to program delivery or adherence.
Programming difference by access to equipment and space.
- Bodyweight programs: adding weight is optional.
- Strength program: requires equipment - dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or barbells.
ALL programming will incorporate mobility exercises.
Program Costs are per month:
Mobility/Corrective Program - $/month
All others - $/month
- You are in control of days per week when your schedule changes, and can change your subscription thru the app at any time.
- Monthly Zoom meeting will be set up for Dec, Jan, Feb, and Mar. This will be an opportunity to ask questions in a "face-to-face" format.
