WINTER Training
Off-season training:
In person:
Most Sundays, December through March. 8:30 am to 11:00 am.
(Latest start time each session - 10:00 am.)
Maintain your summer strength over the winter, and build on it! Barbell, kettlebell, and/or dumbbells. Individualized programming to suit your needs and meet you at your current capacity and skill level.
Training templates for use in-between gym sessions.
Minimum commitment = 3 sessions.
In-person Cost:
3 sessions = $75
5 sessions = $100
10 sessions = $150
Register below. $0 payment now. Payment at first session: cash, check, or Venmo.
Remote training:
Sessions closed until Fall 2025.
Training app - remote:
8 week templates with 3x week workouts OR 12 week template with 2x week workouts. Training app used is Trainheroic.
PLUS:
1x month Zoom session to ask questions "face-to-face". (First Sunday each month.)
Both programs will get you stronger, the difference is what equipment you have access to. Pick whichever is appropriate for your training set-up:
- Bodyweight program: adding weight is optional and suggestions are given for ways to adapt exercises/add weight that you already have at home.
- Strength program: requires equipment - dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or barbells. All movements can be adapted to dumbbells.
