8 Week Movement + Maintenance Training Session
A look at five common movement patterns most used in labor occupations: hinge, squat, pull, push, rotation. Time will be spent focusing on individual needs to improve movements, increase mobility and maintain those in-season gains during the off-season. Options for incorporating building strength into programming. Access to training app or email templates for at home work during the week.
Meeting weekly may greatly improve adherence to a program, as well as offer camaraderie with others in agriculture/labor occupations.
